We extend a warm invitation for you to immerse yourself in the enriching meditations offered in our 2022 library. These sessions are designed to provide you with practise ahead of One Million Meditations 2024, starting Wednesday 1st May.
For 2024, we will present you with a series of ALL NEW guided meditations sourced from diverse backgrounds and cultures across the globe. This new selection will encompass a variety of meditation styles, promising an engaging and fulfilling experience for your 21-day meditate for mental health journey.
